Galar Chapter of Pokémon Masters EX's Villain Arc concludes with new Villain Event, plus new Poké Fair Scouts

The Villain Arc's Galar Chapter Concludes!
The conclusion to the Galar Chapter of Pokémon Masters EX's Villain Arc has now launched in game. Debuting alongside the release of this new chapter is a brand new Villain event, Hear the Cheers!, offering players the opportunity to power up Hop & Zamazenta. Two new sync pairs will also be appearing in special Poke Fair scouts in conjunction with this new story content, with the scout for Leon with her new partner Dragapult launching in game today.

Galar Chapter of the Villain Arc concludes
The Galar Chapter of the Villain Arc features Rose and his assistant Oleana arriving on Pasio, as they come into conflict with Leer over how Sync Stones are used, with Rose proposing the power of the stones be tapped for their energy. In this second half of the story, as Rose pushes his vision of a solution to energy problems, Leon and the other trainers from Galar will need to work together to stop Rose's reckless actions.

This chapter is a permanent addition to the main story. Players will need to have completed Main Story Chapter 1: The More the Merrier (Normal) in single-player in order to unlock this and other chapters of the Main Story Villain Arc.

New Sync Pairs and Poké Fair Scouts
In conjunction with the Villain Event, two new Poké Fair exclusive Sync Pairs are making their Pokémon Masters EX debuts in limited-time Scouts. All of these new sync pairs will have expanded sync grids, and the ability to be raised to 6★ EX.

Leon (Alt.) & Dragapult's Poké Fair Scout is live right now, alongside the start of the Villain Event. Leon (Alt.) & Dragapult are a Dragon-type Tech Sync Pair, whose moves and skills focus on debuffing opponents stats to disrupt the opposition. Their Unfortunate Strike 9 Passive Skill lowers by one stat rank the Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, Speed, accuracy, or evasiveness (chosen at random) of any opponent they hit. This can be combined with their B Breaking Swipe Buddy Move, which hits all Pokémon on the opponent's team and lowers their Attack, Defense, and Speed by one stat rank each; as well as their Dragon Darts Move, which hits twice in a row (lowering a stat with each hit), and their. Leon (Alt.) & Dragapult have the ability to Dynamax, and can also be raised to 6★ EX, which in addition to boosting stats and providing a new outfit for Leon will also unlock Song Key 08013, which allows "Decisive Battle! (Leon) (Pokémon Masters EX Version)" to be played in the Jukebox.

Gloria (Alt. 2) & Cinderace's Poké Fair scout will begin from August 1st at 11:00pm (PDT). Gloria (Alt. 2) & Cinderace are a Tech Sync Pair with the unusual ability to change their sync move type and passive moves once per battle via Max Moves. By using either Max Airstream or Max Knuckle, the pair can switch their Sync Move's type to Flying or Fighting respectively. On using any Max Move, the pair's Ace Passive Skill will also lower the target's Type Rebuff for the corrosponding Type of the move by 2 ranks.

Both Poké Fair Scouts will be available until August 18th, at 10:59pm (PDT).
